THE TRIO FELLOWSHIP
Trio recruits and trains local leaders to become "Trio Fellows" who launch new SNHU Community Partner sites in their communities.
Fellows complete a multi-week residency training program at Duet, where they learn best practices for running an SNHU Community Partner site.
We provide fellows with launch blueprints, coaching and support, and national seed money to match the seed money that is raised in the local community to support early operations. The fellow launches a new SNHU Community Partner Site in their community and becomes the Executive Director of that site.
Trio supervises the fellow and provides ongoing technical support until the site reaches quality and growth targets, at which point there is an opportunity for the site to spin out of Trio and become its own 501(c)(3) entity.
We will continue to provide knowledge management, best practice sharing, and innovation across our entire network of sites on an ongoing basis.
